Happy New Year, Everyone!!!

Currently in Art class the students are leaning about a technique called perspective.  Perspective is the process an artist goes through to give the illusion of depth and distance in a piece of 2-D art.  Before the Holiday break the students learned 2 different techniques, and now that we are back, they are using these techniques to make large drawings that will eventually become paintings.  The students learned about both 1 and 2 point perspective, and they have chose to continue working in with which ever techniques they are more comfortable.  Check back soon for pictures of the work before if gets painted over!
