St. Patrick Catholic School Tuition Rates/Fees for the 2018/2019 School Year
Number of Children
Non-Parishioners and Non-Catholics
Tuition does not cover all the costs of educating children in our school. The difference is met from the generosity of our parishioners, including financial stewardship, through regular giving to the parish. Financial assistance through the Catholic Education Foundation, the new Archdiocesan program, and our local parish community may be available to individual families.
All students of St. Patrick Catholic School are also charged school related fees such as: Pre-registration Fee (non-refundable), book Fee, Technology Fee, etc. While most fees are due and payable at registration in August, certain fees such as the Bus Fee or daily snack charges (for primary grade students) may be due and payable at other times throughout the school year. Families will be advised at registration concerning due dates for all fees and charges. Students leaving St. Patrick Catholic School prior to November 1st may be entitled to a prorated refund of book fees.
How to Apply? There are two tuition assistance programs:
1. Catholic Education Assistance Program (CEF) – this is the primary source of tuition assistance for Catholic Elementary Schools within the Archdiocese of Louisville. Assistance applications to this program are online only and are available at http://ceflou.org/tuition.html. The application has complete, detailed instructions and is operated by FACTS. Completed applications, including required financial documents (2016 Federal Tax Return and $25 processing fee), are due by March 15,2017.
