Social Concerns Overview

Encouraging parishioners to live out their faith by educating on the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, reaching out generously to bring Christ to those in need, and advocating for a fair and just society.

As Catholic Christians, we are called to be Christ to those around us. Our parish mission statement calls each of us to be a beacon of Christ's love by investing ourselves in a ministry of service to those in need.

ChristSteps Ministries is our parish social ministry program consisting of a variety of outreach programs to serve those in need. These categories range from improving local to national societal standards in line with the principles of Catholic Social Teaching to provide comfort and food to a local family.

We truly have something for every parishioner among the ministry categories listed at left. Please click on each to learn the many opportunities for ChristSteps outreach and to contact each minstry/project leader.
